Service Contracts Churn
For some reason if the customer/client decides to terminate the contract some time after the initiation of the contract , you will be able to terminate the contract.
Service Contracts can be terminated if some revenue is recognized in the contract. If there is no revenue , you can cancel the contract.
Click Non-Renewal Churn to search for contracts to be churned
Churns can be searched based on customer, contract , product , Gl Period and currency and any combination of them.
Click “Search” to search the contract based on the above criteria.
Select the contract lines to be churned and click save
Optionally update churn renewal criteria.
You can see the churn in the list of churns. Click “Churn” to see the status of churns.
