Bank Statement
Bank statement is a document of financial transactions for a bank account during a specific period of time.
As banks are going paperless and online, statements can be obtained online or downloaded from bank website. Using APIs , some clients download the transactions on a aregular basis.
Bank statement contains deposits , withdrawals, bank interests and charges. It also contains beginning and ending balance.
List of Bank Statements
To see the list of bank statements in the system , click “Bank Statements” under “Statement” section in Cash Management.
The list of banks will show up. Select the bank and click “Accounts”.
Select the bank account and click “Select”.
Select “Statements”
A list of bank statements for the bank account will appear in the screen.
Upload new bank statement
The next section shows how to upload bank statement in the system.
